KIT No 1: Degraded Diesel Test
One part test, testing sample taken for fuel degraded indicated by high levels of acidity due to the oxidisation or microbial activity.
The resulting damage to engines with long term use of derogated of fuels causes damage engines such as pitting and/or erosion of fuel lines, injectors, fuel pump internal and filter housing surfaces, and other essential part of the fuel system.
Time frame for result: Under 5 minutes, indicating the higher than excepted level of acidity in fuel sampled.
KIT No 2: Microbial Contamination test
One part test, testing sample taken for levels of microbial contamination. This tests for both bacterial and fungal contamination in BOTH Diesel and Biodiesels. The effects of these contaminations are filter blockages and continual fuel degradation if left untreated.
Time frame for result: 48-hour time span required indicating the level of contamination.
