Proven Fuel Management LTD (PFMBlue) introduces it's Fuel Sample Collector

Proven Fuel Management LTD (PFMBlue) has introduced a Fuel Sample Collector to our product range, the use of this is to assist operators wanting to identify their fuel “health” and minimise potential damage establishing routine sampling of fuels in bulk storage.
As Diesel engines become more refined in their engineering, the risk of damage increases to the delicate components such as fuel injectors being “clogged” or damaged by impurities such as moisture and bacteria content causing them to fail.
Ignoring these impurities also increases the engines exposure damage caused abrasion and an increase of the rate of wear to your engine components. but not identifying bacterial growth and moisture at an early stage also increases the time frame and cost required to return it the standards required.
As the fuel sources, transport methods and storage facilities change frequently, this becomes an important step in the effective management of fuels and with simple testing of the fuel throughout its life cycle is becoming crucial for uninterrupted cost-effective operation.
The use of these in combination with simple to use readily available and inexpensive test kits allows you to be able to have an improved knowledge of the condition of your fuel.
